PHOTOGRAPHS: Luis Asín, Fernando Alda, Mónica FusterThe project involves the conversion of an industrial building into a space devoted to audiovisual production. It is a sophisticated, multipurpose space with a marked theatrical idiosyncrasy, housing different areas that feature diverse atmospheric properties and content. This programmatic duality finds its architectural translation in strategies such as uneven flooring, the introduction of singular objects -the main space spheres, the glass tanks or the large working desk- the careful selection of materials and a meticulous lighting study. All in all, the concepts deployed in the project gravitate towards the construction of an illusory world that encourages experimentation and sensory perception while exploring contemporary forms of relationship between space and creativity, innovation, teamwork, communication and exploitation of talents that will certainly be stimulated when operating in a changing and dynamic space.
