Omar Park is one of the lungs of the city of Panama. Its 55 hectares deeply wooded receive each day five thousand people who go there to practice their favorite sport, play, walk, relax, have a drink or attend any of the scheduled activities offered by the park. A library, a swimming pool and the headquarters of some institutions complete an intense and varied program. Any citizen of Panama knows the Park and assumes it as its own. We could say that the Omar Park is the garden of all the houses in the city regardless of age, social class or schedules; a democratic and inclusive infrastructure inscribed in the imaginary identity of the city and its inhabitants. But the culture of free time has changed and the park must update its bid to become a separate enclave of the XXI centurbest from the past, set important commitments to the sensitivities of the present and py. To do this, on the infrastructure of leisure and sport park we are now proposing the construction of a new circulation system that enriches it with high cultural, social and educational content. This circulation system will be adding a new layer of history that will be able to take the roject a desirable future for all inhabitants of the city.
