The last piece of a housing estate on the outskirts of Madrid, on a hillside beside a holm oak wood protected from the bed of the Guadarrama, allows essaying a compact house as a result to assemble thirteen volumes of different proportions illuminated by a single repeated hollow. A steel constructive structure and invested closing, effective from an energetic point of view, finished in wood-cement boards, gives to the house an ambiguous character, between a construction tectonics and a hut, around which pivot the different platforms and outdoor gardens, linking home and landscape.
